✅ Reservation & Occupancy
- Base Rate includes 1 bedroom for up to 2 guests.
- Additional Guests: $40 per guest, per night after 2 guests.
- Second Bedroom Access: $75 per stay. Automatically included for 3–4 guests.
- Maximum Occupancy: 6 registered guests.
Only registered guests are permitted overnight. Unregistered guests will incur a $100 fee per person, per night and may result in cancellation without refund.

- Check-in: 4:00 PM
- Check-out: 11:00 AM
- Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Available for $50 each (subject to availability).
