Notes
Occupancy & Bedrooms
– 3 bedrooms with a maximum occupancy of 5 guests.
– Beds: 2 Queen and 1 Full.
– Only registered guests may stay overnight.
Guests & Visitors
The reservation must accurately reflect all guests staying overnight at the property. Any additional overnight guest must be approved in advance and added to the reservation.
Daytime visitors are permitted with prior approval. Visitors may not stay overnight unless they have been added to the reservation.
Unregistered Guests
Unauthorized overnight guests may result in a $100 per person, per night fee and may constitute a violation of the rental agreement.
Property Security
For the safety and security of the property and its occupants, an exterior Ring camera monitors the entrance. There are no cameras inside the home or in private areas.
